In December 2019, Belfast Climate Commission held its first meeting with Commissioners from a range of public, private and third sector organisations.
In tandem with the formation of Belfast Climate Commission, three working groups were formed; Business and Finance, Just Transition and Community Climate Action. In September 2020 the Youth Working Group was established.
